It is important to know someone who has a creative side of them to come in contact with. They can delegate duties while explaining what is there mission and what must be done and why to improve the problem. They may allow freedom of expression them self's to one another and allow someone to generate good ideas which may have been looked over in the past.
Allot of pressure can become frustrating to implement a plan of action only to discover the time that it goes into affect, then it is no longer a viable problem. The business analyst will not permitted this to happen. They is looking at the end problem and keeping up with the changes which may affect the outcome. A perfect business analyst is a thought of what is needed and what is wanted. They can use this information to develop a great plan instead of a plan "B", the plan "A" which will be a instructor who allow for changes to be needed.
